These terms apply when you use this website or receive text messages from Ridgeline Automation (“we,” “us”). By using the site or opting in to our texts, you agree to them.
Our services
Ridgeline Automation sets up missed-call text-back, text assistants, online booking, and review requests for home service businesses. The scope, price, and timeline of any client project are set out in a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Please don’t misuse it, try to disrupt it, or submit false information. Content on this site is general information and may change without notice.
Text messaging
Ridgeline Automation sends text messages to people who contact us or request a demo, including replies to inquiries, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-ups.
You agree to receive texts by submitting a form with the SMS consent box checked, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You’ll receive one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email hello.ridgelineautomation@gmail.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Third-party services
We use outside providers, such as scheduling and messaging platforms, to run our services. Their own terms may apply when you use them, and we aren’t responsible for their availability.
No guarantees
We work to keep our systems reliable, but we can’t guarantee a specific number of calls, bookings, reviews, or sales, or that every message will be delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Ridgeline Automation isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our text messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
